DNA Chrome Billet Sprockester Four Caliper “All in one” Brake Units make an excellent upgrade for Custom Harley Motorcycles, Choppers, & Bobbers. Using this caliper and sprocket combination, you are essentially cleaning up one side of your motorcycle, which allows you to see the whole wheel, once being blocked by a rotor and caliper. If you are building a custom bike American or Metric, are handy with minimal fabrication skills, and want to show off your motorcycles custom wheels-chrome rims-powder coated spoke wheels or even stock wheels than the Sprockester is definitely a great upgrade for you.

The Spockester Brake Rotor comes in two designs; Mesh is very popular with spoke wheels not matter how many spoke the rim has laced to it. Super Spoke is the second alternative which is typically used with Fat spoke wheels and custom Billet Rims. Sprocket Brake units may be ordered with either 48 or 51 teeth on the sprocket/rotor. Maintenance Tips for Chains and Sprockets.

High Performance Chain & Sprocket

When we think about how to modify our motorcycle, we always think about its external appearance and performance. One thing that always remain’s un-touched by us– Chains, which is a major part for our motorcycle performance.

When we list out a few crucial parts that need maintenance, people definitely ignore chains. We should know that chains are like directors, those who play very vital role behind the scenes to succeed the play. An important task performed by the chain is to transform the power from the engine to the rear wheels. Without any proper maintenance it can fail to do this desired task and cripple the motorcycle.

Here we have some tips to maintain your motorcycle chain.

No matter which brand and which type of chain you are using you should inspect the chains twice a month or after every 500-600 miles. You need to clean up and lubricate it regularly, obviously if you want to keep riding. Cleaning Chains as such is not a big task, it can be done using an old toothbrush and kerosene or WD-40. While cleaning chains don’t forget to clean the sprockets at the same time. Once done with the chains and sprockets, be sure that now they are dry before lubricating them. You can find out the type of lubricant you should use for lubricating the chains by referring to your user manual.
